When I purchase a kids character duvet from yourselves what do I get?
- Although sets can be called duvets, quilts or bed sets they all mean the same and you get a duvet cover and pillow case.
What Size are your Duvet Covers?
- Unless other wise stated our duvet covers are to fit a UK single bed and measure 140cm x 200cm.
Do you sell double duvets?
- We do sell some double duvet which are 200cm x 200cm, the best way to find them is to use our search at the top right of the screen are search for 'double'.
What are your duvet covers made from?
- All of our duvet covers are made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester and are machine washable.
What Size are your curtains?
- Our Curtains mainly come in two sizes 66" wide by 54" in depth and 66" x 72".
Why are some single duvets a lot cheaper than others?
- Some single duvets are called rotary duvets which use the same pattern repeated over and again which means that they can be produced cheaper. They are still of the same high quality.
How long does delivery take?
- Delivery usually takes between 2 and 3 working days within the UK and between 5 - 7 working days anywhere else.
How much does delivery cost?
- Delivery is a flat rate of £4.95 to anywhere in mainland UK, which means that you can order 20 items and still only pay £4.95.
How much is International delivery?
- Delivery to Europe is £20 for the first 2KG, if your order is above 2KG we will contact you after you have placed the order to notify you if you have to pay any extra.
Do you deliver to any other continents?
- Unfortunately we currently only deliver to Europe.
What methods of payment do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards plus Google Checkout and Paypal.
Are my credit card details safe when I go to pay for my goods?
- Yes, when you go to pay for an item you will be taken through to Protx (The UK's biggest secure transaction company) who will securely take you payment.
Do you keep a record of my credit card details?
- No, for security reasons we keep no record of your credit card details.
Will we receive any spam is we purchase from you?
- No, we will not sell or pass on your details to any third party companies.
